Positioning guardrails

  • The feature keeps important activities steady when the home network is busy. It never promises faster internet or more Mbit.
  • Customer facing name is Magenta Network Priority. The assistant is Magenta AI. No Booster, no Nexi in customer material.
  • The household is never blamed. Streaming, gaming, and downloads are normal life, not villains. The network only needs to know what matters right now.
